Job Title : Payroll and Benefits Manager
Location : Port Washington, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)
Salary Range : $85,000 – $95,000 annually

Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for our organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Port Washington, NY and is ideal for a professional with a strong background in both payroll and employee benefits. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance with regulations, and effective management of employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other offerings
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll and benefits data
Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in coordination with providers
Prepare and submit required reports for internal and external audits
Stay current on changes in payroll laws and benefits regulations
Recommend improvements to payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration (required)
Experience with payroll systems and benefits platforms
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and benefits compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
Work Environment :
Full-time, on-site role in Port Washington, NY
Collaborative and professional office setting
Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
