As a Kyo Regional Director (RD), you will oversee all facets of a Kyo region, from ensuring exceptional client and staff experiences to fostering strong relationships within the local autism community. We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Salt Lake City team.

Pay Range : $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

Your Responsibilities

• Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans.
• Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics.
• Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction.
• Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Boost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building.
• Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances.
• Manage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention.
• Coordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals.
