Title : Therapist

Reports to : Director of Telehealth

Department / Location : Remote in Colorado

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Requirements and Schedule :

Licensure : Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. Seeking experience in IOP / PHP settings.

Schedule : This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), 8 : 30-5 : 00pm MST, working with Adults. The Therapist will facilitate group therapy and conduct individual (1 : 1) sessions as part of our Colorado VIOP program.

• Therapists must be willing to obtain cross-licensure in additional states where Guidelight operates. All licensure fees will be covered by Guidelight.

Role Summary :

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1 : 1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Pay Range

$80,000—$93,000 USD
