Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

• Ability to use internal radio & earpiece to communicate to team.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• Strip and wax floors and clean base boards.
• Vacuum and shampoo all carpeted areas.
• Power wash all bathrooms.
• Ensure proper storage of cleaning products in all EVS designated areas.
• Use extractor equipment, floor scrubbers, shampoo machines, polishing machines, special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers.
• Move office equipment and items as directed.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• High degree of customer contact.
• Clean signage, light fixtures, vents, decorative greenery, railings, artwork and elevators.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and approved chemicals to safely clean biohazardous materials, ensuring the safety of both guests and personnel.
• Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
• Other duties, as needed to maintain a safe, clean workplace.
