Senior Manager, ISP at Spectrum

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. As Senior Manager, ISP at Spectrum, you will oversee Inside Plant Operations, implementing rigorous engineering standards and guiding both daily activities and long-term strategies across key network locations. Your expertise will ensure reliable service and innovation for Spectrum's customers.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop a strategic, disciplined, detailed and structured team and assist with developing their direct reports as to drive a high-performance culture and environment
• Lead a structured, consistent, and disciplined execution of ISP activities
• Oversee all cabling, equipment installation, power and cooling follows corporate TQA standards
• Lead efforts to ensure field compliance with corporate standards, as well as Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations
• Oversee training for technical personnel and evaluate effectiveness and gaps on an ongoing basis
• Work with managers to establish positive employee relations through promoting an environment of open and effective communication and ongoing support
• Oversee and participate in assembling capital budget needs
• Resolve issues as they are identified and escalate issues to senior management as needed
• Set priorities for managers and participate in the ongoing review of performance of staff
• Ensure all required logs, records and other documentation follow company and FCC technical requirements
• Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable
• Compile reporting and metric analysis as requested by management
• Participate in special projects as needed or requested by senior management
• Know, understand, and follow all company policies and provide ongoing guidance to staff
