Part-Time Filing Clerk

Location : Ottumwa, Iowa

Company : Manpower

Pay : $12 / hour

Schedule : MondayFriday, 20 hours per week

Job Description

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Filing Clerk for a part-time role in Ottumwa, Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized and accurate filing systems and supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • File documents alphabetically, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers and copiers.
  • Assist with scanning, printing, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance; business casual attire is required.
  • Comfortable using office equipment such as printers and copiers.
  • Reliable and punctual.
