IT Service Desk Analyst Tier II- 100% onsite in Birmingham, AL
SYSTEMTEC is seeking professional IT Service Desk Analyst Tier II candidates for a Direct Hire / Full Time Employment opportunity in Birmingham, Alabama.
This position will be fully ONSITE in Birmingham, AL.
Required Qualifications of the IT Service Desk Analyst Tier II :
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 4-6 years of qualified, hands-on technical support experience.
- Expertise with applying OS images and installation of software.
- Extensive experience with software / hardware troubleshooting, printer support, imaging, etc.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Expert troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve simple technical issues
Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Analyst Tier II :
Conduct white-glove service for onsite visits and remote troubleshooting for desktop systems, including software installation and upgrades, hardware setup (computers, docking stations, printers, etc.), and configuration of systems and applications.Apply creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, leveraging advanced expertise in PCs, mobile devices, hardware, software configurations, operating systems, and Incident Management to resolve complex technical issues and support implementations.Responds to incoming Service Desk requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.Work Location : Fully onsite in Birmingham, AL
