Pay Rate : $15.75-$17.50 / hr

Term of Employment : 2025-2026 school year

Location : Various locations- we work with multiple school districts, charter schools, private schools, and daycares in Rochester and its surrounding areas!

What You'll Be Doing :

• Assist lead teachers with lessons and activities, making learning fun and engaging.
• Use positive behavior strategies to keep the classroom environment upbeat and productive.
• Help prepare classroom projects and materials that inspire and motivate students.
• Deliver direct instruction to individual students or small groups, making sure everyone feels included and successful.
• Provide personalized support to students with special needs, adapting methods materials meet individual learning styles and abilities, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Ensure children feel safe, supported, and excited about their educational journey.
