Job Description

As a Security Officer- Tech Dispatch Full Time in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by coordinating communication between teams and responding promptly to incidents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activity through various communication channels, dispatching personnel as needed, and helping to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence and clear communication. You will interact with both team members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating professionalism at all times. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
