Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project reports. Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines. Oversee on-site personnel and ensure work aligns with project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience working in the business services industry is a plus.
