SUMMARY

Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence / practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Education :

Required : Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.

Preferred : MSN or masters in a health care related field.

Experience :

Required : 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or director. 5 years of experience working in the Emergency Room.

Certifications :

Required : Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Departmentto ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of emergency professionals, ensuring a culture of excellence
• Manage theexpansion and upgradeof facilities and equipment in line with evolving needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare departments to maintain seamless patient care and effective emergency protocols
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and care delivery
