Simco Management has immediate opportunities for an experienced maintenance tech at our apartment community in Canton, Ohio. We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional with at least 2 years of general home maintenance experience . Qualified candidates must be able to work independently in all aspects of apartment upkeep and repair including plumbing, electric, carpentry & dry wall.
