Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mid-Level Structural Design Engineer position include :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required
• Minimum 3 years of structural design experience specific to California building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to assign and manage entry-level staff
• Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures in high seismic zones
• Perform engineering calculations, site investigations, and create technical drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams and support project scheduling and budgeting
• EIT preferred; PE license not required but considered a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 3–4 weeks of vacation / sick time depending on experience and license, paid holidays, 401k with company match after one year, performance-based annual bonuses, and flexible / remote work schedules.
