Pennsylvania Licensed Precert Care Manager

A company is looking for a Precert Care Manager for the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

Complete acute and non-ambulatory precertifications and apply medical necessity guidelines

Consult with physician advisors for case collaboration and care planning

Coordinate service plans and link members with primary care and behavioral health providers

Required Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania Licensure in health or human services field (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or licensed RN

Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience

Experience with adult and child / adolescent populations in mental health and substance use disorder services preferred

General knowledge of best practices in behavioral health

Certification in substance use disorders is helpful
