Lead Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Backend Engineer (Go, Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities

Coding, architecting, and deploying backend services while leading the engineering team

Owning the technical roadmap and shaping the architecture of the cloud-native platform

Driving engineering excellence through clean code practices, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Go

Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams

Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures

Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment
