Commercial Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
• Assist clients with policy inquiries coverage updates and renewals
• Review and analyze policies to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Work closely with underwriters carriers and clients to tailor insurance solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle claims inquiries when needed
• Support clients with EPIC software (experience preferred)
