Lead AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Define the AI-first vision and technical roadmap, owning the design and architecture of AI features

Leverage expertise in modern AI architectures to deliver intelligent solutions to customers

Lead AI initiatives, mentor engineers, and implement best-practice AI development processes

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a lead role

Deep expertise in LLM operations, prompt engineering, and modern AI architectures

Advanced Python programming skills with web framework experience

Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock

Proven track record of shipping products and leading cross-functional teams
