Busy escrow company in San Gabriel Valley is looking for professional experienced Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants.
- Escrow industry experience required
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred
- Superior communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under pressure.
- A high degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a strong aptitude for figures
- Responsible for opening, processing and closing of Real Estate Sales Transactions
- Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of the escrow, lender and title process
- Prepare escrow files from opening to funding, recording and disbursing of file
- Order and review title prelims
- Order Demands, HOA, Solar and other documents pertaining to the file within a timely manner and follow up as necessary.
- Prepare loan documents for Buyer / Borrower signing and coordinate loan signing.
- Package loan documents for return to Lender and authorize Funding and recording
- Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Will require approval from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
- Must be able to work on-site at our office located in Alhambra, CA
