This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll : lead the experience : check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves, be the solution : handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction, understand that teamwork is key : work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment, and be in the know : offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
