Spa Sales Associate

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced Spa Sales Associate (FULL TIME OR PART TIME to join its very high-end team of professionals. This location is right on PCH overlooking the ocean, and is one of the top performing Hand & Stone spas in the country, serving a very high-end clientele. As a result, excellent customer service skills AND EXPERIENCE USING MILLENNIUM OR ZENOTI POINT OF SALE SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED ZENOTI COMPUTER SOFTWARE. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Willingness to wear a face mask and/or gloves when necessary, and ability to work in close proximity to employees and clients
• Strong interest in sales and earning top commissions, promotions and bonuses through personal success.
