Summary
The Client Services Manager – VUMC provides customer service, pricing, sales and account management for Vanderbilt University Medical Center and related entities per the duties and assignments listed below. The primary focus of this role is helping clients with complex needs involving reconfigurations, refurbishment and service. Specific VUMC departmental assignments within the ORI VUMC team shall be evaluated on a periodic basis.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities –- VUMC
- All Refurbishment coordination for VUMC. This includes coordinating with Green Hills Upholstery for ordering parts / upholstery, preparing quotes for clients, coordinating pickup and redelivery and keeping a log of all outstanding requests. We have the intention of expanding role to cover all Nashville refurbishment projects.
- Ownership and maintaining of the VUMC E&T Work Order Log. This includes frequent site visits with the client; measuring spaces; taking photographs; gathering information; use of Snap Tracker; entering information and design requests into Vsimple; preparing quotes for customer; coordination with PC, Designer and PM
- Coordinating and handling VUMC E&T client reconfiguration requests, labor-only requests and reupholstery / refurbishment requests that are not on the Work Order Log.
- On-site face-to-face meetings with VUMC personnel
- Prepare quotes for small, VUMC standard orders
- Maintaining relationships with key VUMC personnel
- Assisting PM with scheduling installation, if needed
- Working closely with internal ORI design team assigned to VUMC account
- This role is estimated to be 95% related to reconfigurations, labor-only requests and refurbishment, and 5% related to new furniture purchases.
