Job descriptionLead design and architecture of software solutions across classified systems. Develop and maintain high-performance applications using secure coding practices. Integrate software with existing infrastructure, databases, and middleware. Conduct peer reviews, testing, and validation of code for mission-critical reliability. Ensure software solutions meet RMF and cybersecurity standards. Mentor junior developers and support Agile team planning. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of software engineering experience including secure / classified systems. Expertise in object-oriented programming and distributed systems design. Proficiency with modern development stacks and DevSecOps tools. Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. Compensation and Benefits The estimated compensation range for this position is between $195,000 and $205,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
