Job descriptionResident Identification : Use wristbands or photo cards to correctly identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc. Reporting : Promptly report all changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor / Charge Nurse. Documentation : Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative and descriptive manner. Accident Reporting : Immediately report all accidents and incidents observed during the shift. Confidentiality : Respect residents' protected health information and report suspected violations to the Administrator. Authorized Procedures : Perform only nursing care procedures for which you have been trained. Room Preparedness : Ensure resident rooms are ready for incoming residents (e.g., bed made, name tags up, admission kit available). Resident Interaction : Greet and escort residents to their rooms, introduce them to roommates and other staff, and ensure their comfort. Inventory Management : Inventory personal possessions and assist residents with packing their belongings when transferring rooms or discharging. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

- Rate : $22-$25 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
General Purpose :
The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to their assessment and care plan, and as directed by supervisors.
