Approach, Greet, and Offer Assistance Or Direction To Any Customer Who Enters The Dealership Showroom or Sales LotMaintain and / or Exceed Flag Hours / Goals As Required By DealerTest-Drive Vehicles, Test Components and Systems, and Utilize Diagnostic Tools and Special Service Equipment To Diagnose and Repair Customer VehiclesPerform Work Specified On The Repair Order With Efficiency and In Accordance With Dealership Policies and ProceduresCommunicate Directly With The Service Writer To Report Any Safety Needs or Additional Service Needed.Providing As Accurate As Possible Estimates Of Time Needed and Cost for All RepairsEnsure Work Efficiency To Complete Customer Repairs In A Timely MannerMaintain Accurate Records Of All Maintenance and Repair WorkExecute Repairs Under Warranty To Manufacturer Specifications and Within Their Required GuidelinesMaintain The Work Area In A Clean And Orderly Condition and Follow Prescribed Safety RegulationsMaintain Required Levels Of Acura CertificationOther Duties As Requested Or AssignedREQUIREMENTS :
