1st Shift Production Associate – Manufacturing

Kansas City, MO 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM $20.00 / hr + Monthly Bonus

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Mandatory OT

Job Duties :

Operate machines and follow standard production processes

Assemble, inspect, or package products according to specifications

Maintain clean and safe workstations

Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE

Work overtime as needed to meet production goals

Communicate any production issues to supervisors

Requirements :

Previous manufacturing or production experience required

Must have reliable transportation

Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Must be available for mandatory overtime
