Bilingual Hr Generalist

Kavaliro is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist for our local Jacksonville client who brings precision, professionalism, and a strong grasp of HR operations to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing analytical work with people-focused responsibilities and has hands-on experience in areas such as work visa administration, compensation and benefits, and HR data management.

What You'll Do

1. Guide new hires through the benefits enrollment process and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
2. Manage and process work visa documentation, maintaining compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies.
3. Support compensation and benefits programs, assisting with reconciliations and conducting data analysis.
4. Maintain accurate HR records while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality across systems and departments.
5. Create and update HR reports in Excel using functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
6. Partner with payroll and finance to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
7. Contribute to audits, compliance reporting, and the rollout of HR policies.
8. Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) support to employees for questions, documentation, and HR communications.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to work visas and compensation/benefits processes.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
