• Order supplies and coordinate product deliveries to keep track of inventories and make sure every location is well stocked.
• Manage, direct, and ensure high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services.
• Oversee, train, and schedule hotel staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels.
• Respond to guest issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner.
• Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly.
