Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) | Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care & Rehab | Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana CNA Certification Required

Whether you’re assisting with daily care or supporting residents on their recovery journey, your compassion and dedication will help residents live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility

Deliver resident-centered care that promotes independence and respect

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and care team members to follow individualized care plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Build meaningful connections with residents through kindness and encouragement

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required)

CPR certification preferred

Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab is helpful but not required (training provided)

Strong communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
