Administrative Clerk
The Administrative Clerk will work in the Emergency Department at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital in Middleburg, Florida. This is a full-time day shift position.

Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, filing, distributing mail, and performing other general clerical duties. The Administrative Clerk will also communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members, schedule patients for appointments, assist with order entry processes, maintain patient charts, and coordinate meetings and schedules.
Requirements include a BLS Provider preferred, high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job specific experience, and note that required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience.
