Summary :
We are seeking a Business Development Representative for our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through calling companies and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives.
Perfect for new graduates who need to build sales experience
Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, this role offers hourly pay with uncapped bonus opportunities plus, earn bonuses from your set appointments! Flexible full time hours available between 8am-4 : 30pm Monday Friday. Average full time starting pay with commission is $35,000- $65,000.
What Youll Do :
- Prospect and Outreach : Our inside sales representative will reach out to companies in our service area by phone to identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and set appointments for outside sales representatives.
- Engage : Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships
- Follow-Up : Use people skills to get past gatekeepers and talk to decision makers for employee drinking water to schedule a sales appointment
- Reporting : Document all calls using our CRM and update to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts
