Veterinary IT Support Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist (Veterinary-Focused).

Key Responsibilities

Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues within system applications

Query and manipulate data using TSQL and identify trends in support tickets

Suggest changes or improvements to enterprise systems based on findings

Required Qualifications

Associates degree or higher in computer science, business, or related field

1+ years of experience with relational database management systems

Strong interpersonal skills to interface with technical and business teams

Proficiency in reading and understanding C# and TSQL code

Organizational skills and ability to prioritize work based on leadership direction
