As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA or surrounding areas to include Bucks County, Wilmington, DE and South Jersey. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. Responsibilities include :

• Recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Managing a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeking prospective opportunities to retain and / or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls.
• Developing and preparing loan solutions and referring products and services; reviewing documentation to ensure compliance. Managing customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collecting and analyzing customer financial information for multifaceted and / or complex borrowers.

Pay Transparency :

Base Salary : $37,440.00 $37,440.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
