Pharmacy Director

Western US

Join a community hospital that is growing its outreach to the community with several medical clinics as their Director of Pharmacy. The Director has 24 / 7 oversight of the strategy, direction and coordination, and the overall leadership of pharmacy services. Establishes strategies for implementing programs and meeting department goals. Designs systems, processes, policies, that ensure safe, high-quality delivery of care and utilization of resources. Comply with all current legislation and regulations relating to the safe use of medicines. Maintain good working relationships with other professionals, including pharmacists, hospital administration, and healthcare providers. This position reports to the Vice President of Strategy.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Pharmacy, required,
• Master’s in Business, preferred, Doctorate in Pharmacy,
• Current State Pharmacist License, required.
• 3-5+ years of Clinical Pharmacy management experience in an acute care facility, required.
• Certifications of BLS,
• Experience with financial operations of Pharmacy departments required.
• In-depth knowledge of 340B Program required.

Key Leadership Skills

Salary : $205,000k-$215,000k DOE, Generous Benefits and relocation assistance. 10% yearly leadership bonus.
