Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Track insurance payments and resolve payment issues using EPIC

Work on process improvements, appeals, and account resolutions

Utilize automated patient accounting systems for billing and collections

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Two to three years of healthcare billing and / or accounts receivable experience

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly intermediate Excel proficiency

Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations, and medical terminology

Familiarity with HCPCS / CPT / ICD-10 and revenue codes

High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications such as CRCS or CRCR are desirable
