Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position with floating requirements and call rotations.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Hospital-based Interventional Radiology setting
  • Scheduled four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) from 6 : 45 AM to 5 : 15 PM
  • Floating may be required to units or facilities within a 35-mile radius, with advance notice for float assignments
  • Weekday call required once per week
  • Full weekend call required once every 6 weeks
  • Holiday call required for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • Must be prepared to float based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity
  • Full driver’s license and two professional references required for consideration
  • RTO requests must be included during the application process
  • Local candidates will be considered, but are subject to a reduced rate based on facility radius rules
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required

  • Active TN or Compact RN license required, with license verification completed within 30 days prior to assignment start
  • At least 1 year of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
  • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred, with annual or biannual renewal as applicable
  • Candidates must possess a valid US Social Security Number and US home address
