Job Title : Sales Specialist

Location : NYC, NY

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative with Food Service experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the food industry selling products to bagel shops, pastry shops, restaurants and alike. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Daily Functions :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Manage and update the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.

Qualifications :

  • Must have food service experience and selling to bagel shops is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with B2B sales in the food service industry.
  • Expected to be in their territory on a daily basis starting as early as 6 : 00AM to capture the right customer base.
  • Must have a focused approach in the areas of Manhattan, Long Island and Queens.
