Summary :

Provides administrative support to the Director Human Resources

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains current employee records.
  • Assists with new employee background checks.
  • Assists HR Manager with various research projects and / or special projects.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
  • Makes photocopies, fax documents and performs other clerical functions.
  • File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Prepares new employee files.
  • Conducts New Employee On-Boarding
  • Updated Employee Files
  • Assist with bi-weekly Payroll
  • Filing electronic and paper
  • Tracking CPR / First Aid, TB Test and Certifications in Expiration Reminder
  • Assist with employee file audits
  • HR Mail EDD correspondence
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
