Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager (South Texas) to sell all Pump Products & Services capabilities to current and prospective customers, including new OEM equipment, OEM parts, OEM / aftermarket repairs, and field service operations.
This role is accountable for achieving sales goals for industrial accounts within South Texas, by growing the share of existing customers through the sale of all product and service offerings, and by acquiring new customers. The role is expected to provide a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in the South Texas area.
- Self-driven and goal oriented.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (OEM / repair facility) to ensure client needs are met.
- Execute the sale, conduct presentations, negotiate pricing, and present the contract to close the sale.
- Project manage repair work and large new equipment sales.
Qualifications
Business or Technical College BS degree preferred5+ years' selling in a B2B petrochemical, refinery, and midstream market, with a responsibility for self-generated leads and territory management5+ years' selling multiple, integrated products and services.Excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in the Industrial Market selling OEM and aftermarket products and services directed towards all rotating equipment with significant technical specifications.A good working knowledge and understanding of various types of rotating equipment in the industry.Experience, understanding, training, and knowledge background in an Industrial Safety Culture.Ability to provide and manage technical quotes and processes.Work well in a Team environment.Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers.Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented.Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet schedules.Benefits
