Job descriptionYou must reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Indiana. You must be licensed ( or eligible for licensure ) in Oregon. We’re invested in your growth! Contingent upon hire, we’ll cover the cost of your Oregon license, reimbursed after your first 30 days. If you decide to move on within your first 6 months, we just ask that the licensure cost be repaid. This team delivers telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness. Location : Remote (U.S.-based, Work from Home) This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. Position Type : Full-Time, W2-Employee. Client Caseload : Full-Time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status. You're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your personal and professional goals. Competitive Compensation : Brightways Clinicians receive competitive pay based on services provided , with earnings that grow directly with the number of clients and sessions they take on. Clinicians typically earn between $59,000 and $78,000 per year , depending on their mix of sessions and assessments. You have flexibility and control over your income and can choose to work a 4 or 5 day week, designing a schedule that works best for you. Work Life Balance : A four-day workweek is absolutely an option - it's up to you whether to see clients over four or five days. Health Insurance - Employer contributions towards Medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance with acupuncture, chiropractic, and orthodontia coverage through Moda Health (available the 1st of the month following start date), HDHP w / HSA. FSA - Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Supplemental Insurance - Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Accident and Hospital Insurance offered through Aflac. Retirement / 401(k) - The company contributes up to 3% to your retirement without you having to contribute-investing in your future on your behalf! This begins after one year of service. Minimum Qualifications
- Education : Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon : LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or willingness to obtain Licensure in Oregon).
- Experience : Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
