Key Responsibilities

Verify that new product details and visuals are accurate and compelling for our catalog and website.

Develop unique product positioning by understanding the relationship of new products to existing offerings and customer needs.

Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and competitive strategies.

Work collaboratively with Creative, Merchandising, and Internet departments on product development and online marketing initiatives.

Examine customer return reports and implement strategies to reduce return rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus.

Experience with AS400 or databases is a plus.

Outstanding communication skills are essential.
