Our client, a leader in large-scale construction projects, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the onsite safety oversight supporting a high-value, mission-critical project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Cheyenne, WY

Pay Range : $76 to $83 / hr plus Benefits

Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on large-scale construction sites.

Support the General Contractor in reducing safety incidents through proactive safety measures.

Drive safety initiatives and address safety issues onsite to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

Monitor safety incident rates and report on safety performance metrics.

10+ years of experience managing safety in large-scale construction projects.

Certifications and degrees supporting safety management roles.

Deep understanding of safety requirements and the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Proficiency in using quantitative measurements to address and reduce safety incidents.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively onsite with diverse teams.
