Position Summary\n\nFacility : Maria Parham Health (Duke Lifepoint Hospital)\nAccreditation : Joint Commission Accredited\nLocation : 2nd Floor\nTrauma Level : Level I\nLicensed Beds : 205\nLeapfrog Safety Grade : “A”\nOrientation : Weekly, on Mondays\n\nPosition Details\n\nRole : Registered Nurse (RN)\nSpecialty : Labor and Delivery\nDepartment / Cost Center : 6600\nShift : Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)\nWeekly Guaranteed Hours : 36\nWeekend Requirements : Yes, self-scheduling; typically 5–6 weekends per schedule\nCall Requirements : No scheduled call; may be placed on call / flex down based on acuity and census (rotation log used)\nFloat Requirements : Not required; however, to maintain guaranteed hours during flex-down, RN may float as needed.
