A company is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Manager responsible for managing the operations of a Direct-to-Consumer sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all sales functions of licensed life insurance agents
Oversee the recruitment process for new agents and assist in training program development
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related business experience required
Minimum 3 years' experience in the Life Insurance or financial services industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Experience in a call center environment preferred
Must be a Licensed Insurance Agent (life, health) and able to be appointed in all states
Knowledge of Marketing principles and experience with Microsoft products and CRM systems
