About the Role

Terrelonge Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent with a strong background in roadway construction for one of our trusted civil contractor clients in Florida.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience managing field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations on roadway construction projects.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain productivity and quality.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enforce company and regulatory safety standards on-site.
• Track project progress, materials, and manpower with daily reporting.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors to resolve field challenges.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
