Position Overview

As the Front Desk Receptionist, youll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients. Youll manage daily front office operations, ensure a smooth patient flow, and support our clinical team with administrative excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and delivering warm, attentive service in a medical setting.

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
• Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
• Verify and update patient information, insurance, and records in our EMR/EHR system
• Collect and process payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support patients with general inquiries and assist with follow-up scheduling
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and always protect patient privacy
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Handle incoming mail, faxes, and other administrative duties as needed

• Prior experience in a medical office, front desk, or administrative role (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills professional, warm, and patient-focused
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
• Proficient in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
