ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an AI Full Stack Developer - Rapid Prototyping for cutting-edge projects across AI / ML, SaaS, Healthcare, and Insurance sectors. A chance to joint our client's department focused on AI Innovation.

  • Translate loose product ideas or stakeholder inputs into functional prototypes in hours
  • Rapidly develop and test AI agents, chat / voice interfaces, and automation workflows
  • Build full-stack applications using modern tools (Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind)
  • Implement LLM pipelines using OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral), and RAG-based workflows
  • Use AI-first IDEs (Cursor, JetBrains AI, Amazon Q) and code assistants (Tabnine, Mutable.ai) to accelerate delivery
  • Review, debug, and secure code using tools like Snyk, CodeRabbit, Codium AI, and Sneak
  • Integrate with tools like Twilio, WebRTC, and Vapi.ai for chat / voice deployment
  • Style, wireframe, and deploy web UIs using tools like Relume AI and Bolt.New
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, turning requirements into tangible demos

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong command of full-stack development, with emphasis on rapid delivery
  • Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Familiarity with code generation tools (PolyCoder, Mutable.ai) and ability to use them effectively
  • Ability to write clean, secure, and testable code, even in high-speed prototyping settings
  • Proficiency in modern AI IDEs (e.g., Cursor, JetBrains AI, Amazon Q)
  • Experience with voice / chat automation and third-party platform integrations
  • Experience handling secure coding practices, especially for SaaS and healthcare applications

    BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of shipping PoCs or MVPs within 24-72 hours
  • Strong intuition for UX / UI in conversational and AI-driven products
  • Experience deploying in regulated or high-compliance environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for AI / ML and a growth mindset toward new tools and frameworks
