What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (required)
• CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and provide respectful, quality care

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver

• Assist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene
• Help with safe mobility, transfers, and walking
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities
• Observe and report any changes in health or behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
