Customer Service Rep

Randstad is looking for a customer service rep in Phoenix, AZ who has 6+ months of customer service experience, call center experience. The candidate needs to be able to work a computer, have attention to detail for quality assurance, navigating multiple systems at once, and research skills as they will be researching case work. This is a heavy coaching environment. The candidate should have patience, communication skills, active listening, and the ability to acknowledge customers' concerns.
