Job description

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Support Specialist

Position type : Full-time Contract

Duration : 2-month contract

Location : Remote (Can report in Dublin office sometimes)

As a Support Specialist , you will :

  • Prepare and submit formal appeals to PBM's and payers for underpaid claims
  • Act as a liaison between member pharmacies and PBM's
  • Notify pharmacies of appeal outcomes and provide guidance for future submissions

The ideal candidate will have :

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
  • Knowledge and familiarity with documentation platforms such as emails and ticketing systems
  • Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks
  • Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Data analysis tools such as excel helpful but not required

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range

  • : $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
