ERP Administrator

This position is fully onsite in Wichita, Kansas; remote work is not available.

Job Purpose: The ERP Administrator will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and the on-going management of the company ERP system. This will include user training, user support, installation and deployment of maintenance updates, the development of processes and procedures and operational troubleshooting of ERP data issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Adheres to company policies and presents a professional, positive attitude at all times.

•Providing user support.

•Identify and coordinate training needs of users.

•Develop documentation of ERP processes and procedures.

•Develop training materials.

•Resolution and documentation of support requests submitted by ERP users.

•Testing new product releases and new features issued by software manufacturers.

•Administration of systems updates and upgrades.

•Update and manage ERP system processes to ensure it provides BG Products, Inc. with proper business solutions and accurate results.

•Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.

•Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.

•Identify and manage customized reporting requirements of management and users.

•Ensuring data integrity and access controls.

•Achieve goals and objectives set by manager.

•Other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; or qualified experience.

•Must have a valid driver's license.

•Minimum of four (4) years proven experience as an ERP Administrator, SAGE X3 preferred.

•Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, Accounting experience needed.
